Share Prince Charles’ bed at his Wales retreat!
London, Nov 24: Commoners may be able to enjoy the same luxury as Britain’s Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Wales, for the couple are planning to rent out their new farmhouse home to holidaymakers.
The retreat will be open to holidaymakers when the royal couple is away from the three-bedroom house in West Wales.
A royal spokesman said, “Anyone using the property will be able to enjoy all facilities, including bedrooms, used by the royal couple.”
Charles is buying the house as part of a £1million estate at Myddfai — near Llanddewi Brefi.
His aide said the Prince and Camilla will be “frequent visitors” once the sale completes in March, but will offer holiday rent outs at other times. The rent has not been set.
“It’s very, very nice, but small. If you rent it for a weekend break you’d have to use the same bed, kitchen and toilet as them,” local estate agent Les Probert was quoted by The Sun, as saying.
“It won’t be available when they’re home, so you won’t find heirs in the bed!” he added.
The 192-acre estate called Llwynywormwood, or Wormwood Grove, is Charles’ fourth home.
